Estate planning is a very useful process that can help you and your family prepare for the future. A proper estate plan can help you avoid high court fees, avoid most taxes, and streamline the aging process (at least financially). It will also help your friends and loved ones to care for you if you are unable to care for yourself, and to distribute your estate after you have passed away pursuant to your instructions.
Whether you are seeking to file a bankruptcy, or obtain representation to defend your rights in one filed by someone who owes you money or assets, our bankruptcy team can guide you through the process. There are several types of bankruptcies: Chapter 7, 13 and 11 are the most common.
In a Chapter 7 bankruptcy, you will seek an order that relieves you of the personal obligation to pay most unsecured debts, including credit cards, revolving accounts, medical bills, personal loans, and unsecured notes.Bankruptcy can help provide financial relief when you feel there is nowhere else to turn, and you are unable to make ends meet.

With proper incapacity planning, individuals named in estate planning documents as fiduciaries can make necessary care, financial, and medical decisions on behalf of the incapacitated person without obtaining additional authorization from the court. Without proper incapacity planning documents however, even a spouse or adult child cannot make care, financial and healthcare decisions on behalf of an incapacitated individual.
For families that include a person with special needs, a Special Needs Trust might be a necessary part of your estate plan. Because Special Needs Trusts deal with public benefits and governmental regulations, they must be written very specifically. Incorrectly drafted Special Needs Trusts can disqualify a disabled person from their benefits.

Rennee is very knowledgeable about Estate Planning. She also specializes in Business Law, Bankruptcy, Trust Administration and Probate.
She’s very professional and a delight to work with.
If you’re a homeowner and it’s worth more than 150k, you need to talk to Rennee. If you don’t setup an estate plan, the government has a worse plan already setup for you. Avoid probate and get your estate planning done by Rennee. She speaks spanish too

Worked with Rennee with a mutual client that had to sell a property in Filmore. Rennee was very involved in the transaction and made sure at all times that her client was protected and taken care of! What is great is that she is bilingual! It is hard to find a good bilingual attorney in Ventura County! Would definitely recommend her!
