Clefting is the fourth most common birth defect, occurring in one out of every seven hundred births. Vector Rehabilitation has a variety of services to address the needs of children with cleft lip and palate and their families. The Craniofacial Anomalies Panel coordinates the care of individuals, primarily children, with complex craniofacial and orofacial anomalies.
The therapists at Vector feel that a progressive exercise program is vital to the recovery of most all our clients. We utilize strengthening equipment, free weights, resistive bands, balance boards, foam rolls, and gym balls, as well as mat work involving stretching and strengthening. We provide home exercise programs both during and after therapy is completed so that the client will be better able to handle life activities.
Vector Physical Therapy has been the leader in providing specialized hand therapy to the north coast of California for over 20 years. Our treatment plans are fully integrated with our physical therapy clinic, allowing hand therapy to be provided in the same facility as therapy to the rest of the body.

It is absolutely vital that my mother gets her physical therapy in order to keep ambulatory.
My mother had a major health scare and had to be in the hospital for her appointment, so what does vector physical therapy do? They cancel my mother's next physical therapy because she missed an appointment because she was unconscious in a hospital.
How is someone supposed to cancel an appointment when they are unconscious? Why do you automatically cancel her after that? Does vector physical therapy only give physical therapy to healthy people?
Why did the girl in the office not fix the issue and let

I went here because of a fused vertibre and ache joints and a few other issues a few years ago. Had about 20 visits, with subpar generic care. I wasn't dissatisfied, but when my recommendated visits were over I didnt see them for over 2 years. When it was time for me to seek more pt, I thought I chose a place that already knew. So I went back to Vector. I was asigned the same Pt lady that helped me before, but she doesnt remember me, and she cant find anything from my last visits... so we had to start from scratch. After the eval we didnt have time to start with treatment or start anything

I requested that my doctor send me here for pain issues. I chose them because I believe in supporting local business and they are a few blocks from my house.
Diane greeted me with a foul attitude. Condescending and snarky. In a short amount of time I had enough of it. I am a grown woman who treats everyone with respect and will not subject myself to be talked down to.
She questioned my doctor's diagnosis and seemed to think he didn't do his job. She seemed surprised I work for a living. She also kept insisting I was a Medi-Cal patient. Nope I have private insurance. Nope I am not depressed

My husband went to 2 visits ,on the second one the therapist put him on a traction device ... He has a severe degenerative lower back condition ... While putting the unit on she pulled the straps using her full body weight ,twisting him and causing him severe pain ... All she said was sorry , but then kept on yanking , then she pumped the unit up to the max , just because he could not feel the force ... Now his pain is so bad he cannot sleep at night ... He waited 4 days and all it does is increase every day ... He will be canceling his scheduled future appointments ... I wish he had never gone

This review is actually about the office staff. I only went to Vector about 3 or 4 times before I found I out my insurance paid more if I went some place else, so I didn't see the physical therapists enough to write an accurate review. I called the other day because I found out they never billed my secondary insurance. The call started out nice enough & I was put on hold while the woman looked up my info. When she came back on she told me (kind of aggressively) that I didn't give her the info & they had sent me bills that I had never responded to.
I (politely) let her know that
