I’ve had nothing but a good experience with AutoTech and highly recommend them. When going there to have oil change they have made aware of other issues that was going on that I was unaware of. I have made appointments to have what needed to be done and it has been done in a timely manner. They have competitive prices and quality work.

Wow.... 5 stars isn't enough... first off Tonya and Jackie are the best CSA I've seen in a long time. I love being communicated to as much as they did.... for real!!!! And their work was done faster than quoted and for a more than reasonable amount...I honestly was thinking it would cost a lot more. And then to get a contact info and communication from the owner? Cmon man.... Needless to say you have made a brand new customer from out of state (just moves here in last month) for all of my car needs and will be totally recommending to all of my family that lives in the area as well.... I was 6 hours from home, went to the nascar race Sunday afternoon. Had to be back that night. Unfortunately 10 minutes from the track I had a wheel bearing go out on the highway. We had to sleep in the truck because all the hotels were booked. I showed up to Auto Tech because of all the great reviews I read and boy they were great. I'm a mechanic by trade and these guys were literally the greatest people I've ever dealt with. They got me right in and had me fixed in an hour. That was waiting on the part to get there even. Really down to earth good hearted people. They made us feel at home. Grateful

I used this business for the first time last week and I was very impressed. I usually hear that there are completely booked up so it's hard to get in, however when I called they were able to create some availability for me. I wasn't sure what was going on with my car but once I pulled up they were able to diagnose it quickly and start the service immediately. The owner Eric is very personable along with the rest of his staff. I really felt like they were honest and straightforward with me. I will definitely be going back here again for any future car service issues.

I was experiencing what I thought was an issue with the universal after pulling a car trailer with my Explorer. Auto tech arranged for a tow to retrieve my vehicle and diagnosed I had a tire that had not been properly tightened and the lug nuts were about to come off. Praise God it was corrected and returned to me within a day. I will forever be thankful for their professional service.

They had my Tahoe for two weeks. Part of the delay was Car Shield. (Word to the wise, don’t waste your money. For what I’ve paid them minus the small amount they paid on my repairs, I could have paid all the repair and the gone on a two week vacation.). The other reason is they’re so busy, which translates into they’re very good at what they do. They did all the needed repairs and kept me updated on the progress. But besides the quality of their work, they have another valuable asset - and her name is Jackie. She’s wonderful❣️ If she happens to not know the answer to your question

I've been visiting auto tech for about six years now, and they've always been extremely helpful. They have always fixed any issues with my car that I bring to them. Also, the customer service is very pleasant! The staff is friendly and very helpful. They've done all different kinds of work to my old granny car, and they've always done good work!
