First visit resulted in incorrect diagnosis and incorrect part being replaced. Subsequently the timer was found at fault.
The second visit resulted in a parts only charge and a promise that if it didn't fix the problem, a full refund for parts would be made.
Fortunately it worked out. The dilemma is that the price point was close to just buying new.
Frank the second technician was very courteous and professional. Overall we are satisfied with Appliance Pros even though the extra 50 dollars spent on the first part replacement was unfortunate.

About a month ago the tenant at my rental property in San Clemente CA, informed me that my LG dishwasher stopped working.
I contacted several appliance service companies through YELP and most of them turned me down, claiming they don't service LG except for Fred from Appliance Pros of CA who was able to send his technician the next day.
Tair showed up the next day on time and started working on figuring out the cause of the problem. He was able to diagnose the problem and order the part needed for me and schedule the installation of that part within a week.
I like the fact that Fred kept updating

FRED WAS AWESOME!! I had an emergency service request for Saturday as my freezer stopped working and aside from lots of food risking spoilage, I had breastmilk in the freezer for my baby. He was professional, honest and thorough. He got the main freezer job done and will be back again when parts are delivered for the other fridge items. I will call Fred for all fridge needs going forward!!

I'll just add my voice and sing the praises of Fred. I had a freezer emergency and was going to lose all my food. He came right out, gave a fair quote to fix it and returned quickly when he got the part. Back to normal, thank goodness - AND FRED lol. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company. I'm fussy and I'm a caterer/business owner, nuff said?

Dealt with FRED. very professional and he worked with me on my issues i had with my samsung microwave. customer service is very important so this company has that, which i truly appreciate.
advise to future customers who are looking to repair their microwaves. make sure you have the model # beforehand so they can have the costs on parts by the time they arrive. that way, everything will go smoothly!

These guys are like doctors of appliances. I have now used them twice and I would happily use them again! I mean, hopefully nothing will break soon haha but anyways.
