Bob at Best Care saved us this Christmas. Our dryer started screeching and stopped working last Friday night, and left us with a big load of wet clothes sitting in a basket. We just finished a remodel, and we're in the process of washing all the clothes in one of the closets that are unwearable due to construction dust. When I called our local appliance store/repair business, they told me it would be early January before they could come out.

A+++ five star service from Bob at Best Care Appliance Service!
On Sunday evening my dryer stopped working. Monday morning I called numerous technicians and none of them were able to come within 24 hours.
He took my call and was at my house within hours, dryer was fixed within minutes. Professional service, incredible attitude and wonderful attention to detail.
Highly recommend using him for any future repairs!!!!

Amazing service! Our washer broke, and they were able to come diagnose it the same day. They were honest enough to let us know the parts needed may still be under warranty (something we assumed had expired), and gave us the full slew of info needed get a warranty claim going. We called the next business day, but the manufacturer was quick to put on the brakes on helping us ("have you tried turning it off and on, again?") and never followed up after the call. After waiting a full week and a half, I called Best Care Appliance back, and they hadn't received word from the manufacturer

We had Bob come out to look at our refrigerator. The freezer was icing up and wasn't defrosting properly causing water to leak down to the refrigerator. It was not draining properly.
Bob defrosted the tube and installed a clip to keep the lines open. It worked for a few weeks but then we were having the same problem as before. Even though Bob was not able to fix our problem he definitely stands by his service and offered to give us a full refund. To me, this says a lot about the reputation of this business.

I called around noon and told him the issues I had with my LG washer. I’m reasonably mechanically included and concluded it wasn’t from the pump I clean / drain not was the drainage pipe pinched. The pump likely needed replacing.
He told me he would be here between 3 and 6pm same day and texted me his actual ETA. If you’re looking for a courteous and professional contractor to take care of projects that would take you all day - come here.

Bob came out on short notice to fix an issue I had with a GE Cafe Refrigerator. When Bob and I first spoke about the work, I had already identified the root cause and Bob quoted a reasonable price to fix the problem (provided my diagnosis was correct). Bob arrived within the timeframe he said he would, he was professional and knowledgeable, and he honored the price he quoted on the phone for the agreed upon scope. I typically opt to fix things myself around the house, and Bob didn't mind that I observed him while he was working so that I could learn how to fix the issue myself if it ever came up

Bob arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed the problem. He ordered the parts and returned several days later as promised. Despite his best effort one part was defective and Bob told me not to replace any food as he simply wasn’t confident the fridge was fixed. He asked me to text him later that night with the temperature.
I called him at 7 and he informed me he already picked up the new part abd would come right over as he didn’t want to tie me up one more day. So on a Friday night, after

Bob did a fantastic job! I have a Whirlpool washing machine from the 1990's, and he knew exactly what the problem was immediately and ordered the part. Once the part arrived, he worked efficiently and carefully, and the washing machine works great now. As well, he is a wonderfully pleasant kind-hearted person.
