Tim Long Plumbing installed my appliances in my new home. Instead of using a supplied water supply line from the manufacturer, they decided to create a makeshift line with many adapters (which the factory unit did not have). One of the adapters failed, causing a slow leak which destroyed my cabinets and appliances.
The manufacturer has verified this was caused by the shoddy installation of a non-recommended supply line. Tim Long has been contacted, and asked to make this right,and no cure was offered.

Had Tim Long plumbing out to take a look at the water heaters since they appeared to be leaking. They were shot. Tim's team was able to replace them next day and we're were back up and running. Awesome job.

Highly recommend Tim Long & his crew! After our potential house inspection came back with several plumbing issues, We called Tim Long & they answered on a holiday and were quick to get out to our house the next day and diagnose the problems before our option period ended! Very honest and knowledgeable local plumbing business!

We had a well pump blowout and could not get anyone to come out to even look at it. One call to Tim long plumbing and we were on the schedule, fixed quickly and efficiently at a very reasonable cost. Would highly recommend.

Tim Long did the plumbing for us on our new home and did a great job. They have been great taking care of us on any warranty or punch list issues as well. We highly recommend Tim Long and Ronnie is great.

Terrible experience - just requested ta plumber to check if a bathroom faucet could be repaired due to a minor leak, already had a replacement in case it couldn't be fixed. The person took exactly 1 hour to try to fix it and at precisely one hour he said he didn't think he could fix and that he'd put in the replacement which took, literally, 4 minutes. (This way he could charge 1 hour+) However, after he installed the basic & similar replacement he said that this faucet was different than the last one and so I needed to get used to pushing the handles backwards instead of pulling forward to turn
