Tyson's Heating & Air Conditioning

I texted Tyson Mechanical, requesting a service repair for a rental property I have at 10:38 am on Saturday morning, it was a cold day 30 degree temperature, and my tenants were complaining. The technician, called my tenant, went to the house, diagnosed the problem, repaired it and got the system working, left a message on my phone, letting me know that issue is resolved by 3:10 pm same day.

When I used them back in March 2019 it was just one person and it was called Tysons HVAC and it was an honest man who came to my house. I made a service call in November 2019 and it was a new company called AllTech services, I was extremely disappointed with the technician they sent out and the cost of the products were way overpriced. Probably need to find a new HVAC service provider.

Cannot say enough good things about this guy/service. Always nice, respectful, dependable, fair, honest, responsive. Either answers the phone or calls RIGHT back. Tries to fix your problem over the phone, if he can't only then offers services. 5 star plus company. And no, I'm not related- we laugh that we have the same (rare) name.

Prompt, really friendly, great prices and great work. What more could you ask for from an HVAC company or anyone? Tyson's HVAC has all of this covered. I was skeptical when I began looking for someone to service my unit which is getting older. I was expecting someone to try to up sell me on a brand new system, but Tyson came in cleaned it up, checked the coolant and set me up for the long, hot summer. It runs better now than when I bought the place honestly. I can't recommend them enough.

Tyson's HVAC recently installed an Aprilaire 800 humidifier in our home in Aldie. Throughout the whole process he was very professional and polite and answered all of our questions. The cost was extremely reasonable and we chose him over a higher estimate from a larger company. We love supporting small businesses and would highly recommend Tyson's HVAC.

Great company. Very honest work. He replaced my hvac system last year. He came back out when there was a problem with it. The problem was with the vent on my roof and had nothing to do with the work he did, but he fixed where water had gotten into the furnace and told me how to fix the roof issue. He did not charge anything for this. I called him again because I was having problems with my water heater. I thought it would have to be replaced because it's pretty old and it came with the house. Tyson is such a nice man. He is considerate and professional. He works quickly, efficiently, stays focused, and is very reasonably priced. After I purchased my house, I noticed that I had ice melting all over the floor beside my heating unit inside the laundry room. These guys are awesome. Super reasonably priced, helped me last year with a very old air conditioner, then helped me again this year when I knew it needed to be replaced. They were very reasonable, honest, and quick to respond. Have had my new air conditioner for a month or so and everything is great and they were so quick. Would definitely use them again, and have recommended them to friends who have also liked them.

My heroes! My husband had a heart attack on Saturday and was taken to the hospital. I came home from the hospital late Saturday night to discover the AC wasn't working. Spent Sunday morning trying to get hold of a repairman. Tyson called me back within 1/2 hour of my leaving a message and 20 minutes later he was here at my home. He even put in 2 of my emergency window units for me (normally used during power outages and hooked up to the generator) so my hubby would be in a cool room when coming home from the hospital. He called me immediately and even though it was a Saturday came out to my house. The closest distributor did not have my hot water heater in stock. He drove all the way back to Leesburg to pick one up, back to my house home in Centreville, and had the work done by 4pm...AT THE BEST PRICE. He came out on a Sunday when our furnace failed, when most other places were closed (only $30 extra). The replacement part was out of stock in Frederick, so he drove all the way up to Baltimore, and it was fixed by 10AM on Monday. Incredible service, professional, and fair pricing. We called Tyson to repair our A/C for our small business in Arlington. He diagnosed the problem and explained the options clearly. The compressor was "shorted" on this very old unit and he could perform a repair or replace the whole outdoor unit. He was very honest about the costs and allowed me to make the decision. He definitely is not out to overcharge on parts or sell you stuff you do not need. I decided to get a new outdoor unit and he had it completely done the next day saving my customers and employees from the heat wave at the time.
