Services
Working out while having fun is a real thing and you'll see that in Steph's class! Worried about your fitness level? She will show you that fitness is for everyone! Expect high energy, loud music, lots of laughs, lots of encouragement and good form from everyone! This ninja-flipping, Jim Jones all or nothing, high-energy, gymnastics queen will keep you on your toes and make sure you're working hard in class. in a good way!

I will time after time continue to tell everyone I know that if you want to get HEALTHY, build STRENGTH, learn proper FORM and also have a GREAT EXPERIENCE IN A GYM than Rebel's is the gym for you. I love that from day one Stephanie and her team is there help you reach your goals. The classes aren't over crowded and your coach is able to have one on one time with you. Bonus is everyone is extremely friendly and you are getting a great work out. Wednesday, Thursdays and Fridays are my favorite days of the week to attend. CHECK THEM OUT!

I LOVE Rebel Strength and Fitness! It has been 1.5 years since I’ve worked out and going to a workout class seemed intimidating. The classes are small enough that you get some 1:1 time during class, the trainers modify workouts for you, and they ensure you don’t feel discouraged but empowered during your workout. Love the energy and community feel it this gym. 10/10 would recommend!

I’ve never enjoyed working out. I’ve always found it boring and never knew how to work the equipment. I was too introverted to ask for help. I decided to take a large step out of my comfort zone and take classes at Rebel.....I love it here. The coaches are absolutely wonderful and know how to help you. There’s zero judgement and everyone there wants you to succeed. It’s a real community of people who just want you to do better in life. The positive energy leaking from this place is contagious. I highly recommend Rebel Strength and Fitness!

I hadn’t worked out in a gym for 5 years but was actively looking for a new gym. After working with a great Personal Trainer for 6 years, I was hoping to find a gym with Coach-lead group training and was fortunate to find this at Rebel! Great community of people of all ages at different levels of fitness. Owner Stephanie and her team are wonderful. Very reasonably priced, clean, great energy and lots of motivation. You won’t be disappointed!

I had been trying to find a good gym for about a year prior to joining Rebel. I knew after my first class I had finally found what I was looking for. They have convenience class time and sizes. The workouts & coaches always challenge me and are great at what they do. I would give it 10 stars if I could!!

I absolutely love this gym! The people, atmosphere and workouts are amazing. The owner/coach, Stephanie, is always so positive about life and wants everyone to be the best they can be.
