The W.A.R. Workout, created by fitness guru Will McCray, is an acronym that stands for Warm up Cardio, Abdominal training, and resistance training. This intense workout will yield the best results you've ever had in your life! This is a 30 minute high intensity workout that requires no equipment. We offer a variety of services, with each trainer specializing in different fitness areas.

Our philosophy is that fitness should be fun and exciting as well as challenging. Who wants to come to the gym dreading working out every time? Whether you want to strength train, lose weight, learn boxing and kickboxing, or simply just want to get moving, we have something for everyone! Our aim is to help you reach your fitness goal and have fun while doing it.

Since I started training at Willpower fitness 6 weeks ago, I have noticed improvements in my endurance, strength, and physique (hello, abs!). The owner, Will McCray, cares about his clients and the member experience. He has made many improvements since I started, including a complimentary infrared sauna! Will creates effective and creative workouts that are always different. Therefore, you are never bored and always challenged. I have worked out my entire life and have never achieved results so quickly. If you are ready to invest in yourself, I encourage you to call Willpower fitness.

I’m currently seeing Will for rehabilitation after a life threatening accident. My only intention was to strengthen my legs after spending a year in a wheelchair. It’s been a little over two months and I am also losing weight and gaining more muscle definition. I highly recommend Will as a trainer. His unorthodox training methods not only target specific muscles, but also help you gain physical fitness in the process.

Let me just start off by saying how great Will is! I am currently working with him now and I love the motivation that he gives you while you are working out. He makes you feel comfortable and not judged the whole time you are working out and he pushes you even when you feel like you don’t have it anymore. one thing I do love is how he makes sure to switch up the workouts each sessions so that you don’t get bored and it don’t become repetitive! If you are looking for a great trainer Will is your guy!

Moved to clawson about year ago and I needed a place that would help me achieve my fitness goals. This is the place to go if you need to loose weight, gain muscle or just achieve your overall health goals! Everyone is amazing here, the owner Will, is a fountain of information and no workout will ever be the same which keeps it from becoming dull. I have worked out with a couple of different trainers. What makes Will different is his focus with every client. He designs his regime to tailor specifically to what each client wants and needs. Wills’ focus isn’t just on the physical aspect of the tailored workout. He focuses on the spiritual and mental aspect as well.
I highly recommend Will Power Fitness to any and everyone! All ages!

I have been going to personal trainer William McCray for a few years and I've been in the best shape of my life. He has helped me get in top shape to pass a fitness test to attend the top law enforcement academy. What I enjoy most about him, is his creativity with the workouts. Over the past 3 years, each session has been new, creative workouts you won't see elsewhere. Lastly, he is very passionate and truly cares about reaching his clients goals! I really can't say enough good things about Willpower Fitness! If you want to feel motivated, encouraged, while seeing fast results, then this is the place to go.
