Had the pleasure of meeting Rob on Friday when I needed a tow back to Jones Ford. Its never a good time when you need a tow but the young man did a fantastic job with my truck. Rob was very professional, quick, and as stated a real pleasure to have meet him. Literally a life saver. My wife and I were left stranded on the side of the express way in the hot desert when our rental car broke down. The rental car company couldn't provide us with a replacement car nor ANY transportation whatsoever and Mike from ATS went above and behind to not only let us ride with him to the tow yard but actually gave us a ride an hour back to our AirBNB! He even stopped at the gas station and bought us a soda. Never in my life have I received better customer service from any company and without Mike and Arizona Recovery & Towing we don't know what we would have done.

We were on are way for much needed vacation, my husband wanted to take 1993 old Ford explorer.. broke down, tried insurance they wanted physical address or latitude longitude??? Of course that wasn't possible. Called ART was right there professional prompt by the time we came home to get other vehicle, tow truck was there so as old red (explorer) was going home we were able to get back on the road. Hope they understand how important their jobs are, we appreciate you!
