I had bad experience at a body shop in Peoria and went to Larry Green Collision for advice. Roque is very patient and asked me to show him the bill. He explained the bad alignment is due to the lack of laser measurements of the engine. A good body shop should mount the car to take measures from above and below and compare with the car’s out of factory measures. This will tell if the engine has shifted during accident. Not doing that and mounting everything back will cause bad alignment. The body shop should have fix the sway of the engine first. He also help me by calling and emailing my insurance

This review is from my husband, Kevin Groth, who was in an accident back in October and brought his damaged work truck to Larry Green Collision Center where he was greeted by Kate Baker who quickly offered him help to find a rental so that he could get back to work asap! Although the truck was a total loss, Edith, Kate and Junior were all very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions about insurance and such during that time. Thanks! :)

We have nothing but positive comments to say about this facility and their staff. In addition to taking great care of our vehicles, they take care great care of US, especially when we're in an accident and already upset. They work closely with insurance comanies, reducing the hassle factor and making sure we're treated fairly. Edith goes above and beyond in providing terrific customer service. We wouldn't go anywhere else!
