Luminous smiles is nothing but great from Dr. Desai making you feel comfortable on the first visit getting to know you and offering so many great services from whitening, cleaning to veneers. She really takes her time to make you feel comfortable and welcomed. It is such a professional business, just stepping into the office you are greeted with such friendly faces all the staff there are great and so professional. I was referred to Dr. Desai through a friend and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The first thing I noticed was how beautiful & clean the office looked when I walked in (modern B&W theme w/ gold accents). Lisa was really helpful in answering my questions and Alexis (dental assistant) was so sweet and helped ease my nerves a lot. Dr. Desai was very thorough during my exam and seemed so passionate about her work which I loved! She also seems to be much more conservative than other offices I’ve been to (which is really important to me). I’m looking forward to coming back for my cleaning

Just Started My Invisalign journey last week after having been a patient of Dr. Desai for the past year. Love how much time she spends with me I never feel rushed as she takes the time to answer all 500 of my questions every time I see her. All of the ladies in the office are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Alexis and Lisa also take the time to answer my questions and put my mind at ease with any concerns I may have prior to procedures. I highly recommend!!!!

I agree with Tanya(06/15/2020)& Mike(07/09/2021). The manager at the front desk, Lisa, behaves in an appalling, humiliating way toward the other staff. She snaps at them and makes demands of them in front of the clients particularly when she is irritated. (In appearance and behavior she is reminiscent of that coach on Dance Moms, I think her name is Abby.)Dr. Desai is absolutely aware as I talked to her about the concern yet she oddly seems to protect Lisa and to her own shame makes you the problem & tries to refer you out. I recently had to switch dentist locations due to moving to a different city. Needless to say, I am very grateful to have walked into this office.
For starters the office has this modern clean look that doesn't feel like you typical dentist office. The staff is still carrying out the Covid regulations as needed.
As a new patient, taking care of all the initial paperwork and insurance checks was flawlessly executed by the great staff at the front desk. Dr. Desai is very knowledgeable and thorough when it comes to answering all of your questions/concerns making sure you're comfortable

Dr. Dimple and her staff are extremely knowledgeable , they are doing a few procedures on my teeth and they had made me feel very comfortable and taken care of. Also I always receive a follow up call a few hours after my procedures to see how I feel. I absolutely like my experience with them. Will recommend to whoever I can.

I have been a patient of this office for quite some time, and every experience has been so positive, I cannot recommend this office enough. The entire staff is so warm and welcoming, and Dr. Desai is so gentle and knowledgeable. She is always taking extra classes to learn, and it shows!!! She doesn't miss a thing, and she is so good at explaining things. I always feel comfortable, and every appointment is painless. Maybe it's just my vibe but the hardest part about visiting Doc Desai is the insatiable desire to carry an incredible conversation with her. Unfortunately, her hands are in your mouth 95% of the time and so you're basically stuck on mute.
Regardless, her casual demeanor, sophisticated intelligence, congenial disposition, and sincere empathy is worn on her white sleeves. There should be a lounge in reception for post-appointment drinks! Not surprised at all that she's accomplished the '40 under 40' for her profession.

Hands down the best dentist I've ever met!! Dr Desai is such a wonder dentist who knows and wants the best for you. And not only is Dr Desai awesome but so is her staff! It's been a few years that my family & I have been patients of this office. With the COVID pandemic, I'm sure many are fearful of going back to the dentist. Your fears should be allayed at Luminous Smiles. Dr. Desai has all the appropriate protocols in place to maintain a sanitary environment to treat your dental needs! The number of patients/people in the office are minimized to only those w/appointments. Temperature scans and health questionnaires are required at each visit. Dr. Desai even mentioned she purchased a few new air evacuation systems to decrease the amount of aerosols

From the moment I walked in the office everything went so smooth! Everyone in the office is so sweet and very helpful. The X-ray tech was so very nice and very gentle during all of the x-rays. Dr. Desai is an amazing doctor & very knowledgeable. She gave me a full in depth look at my teeth & what we could do to make them even better with a really interesting 3D machine. My cleaning went well also. The hygienist was very sweet & took her time with my teeth. I think this was the best cleaning I have ever experienced. I highly recommend Dr. Desai & her office for all of your dental

Stacy and Dr. Desai were very kind, however Lisa, one of the front desk people, is probably one of the rudest people I've ever met in my life. I've came here only three times for cleanings in the past year, and she always has a horrible attitude! My personal experience at this office was beyond amazing! The staff member on the phone call was so personable and accomodating. Then I came into this beautiful practice and it felt so home like. The dentist goes out of her way to greet you before anything is started.

If you're in the need a great dentist, then look no further! My family and I have been seeing Dr. Desaj for a couple of years now. My son, then 4, hated going to the Dentist until he start seeing Dr. Desai. She has the best bedside manner, she always informs my son of her next steps which makes it easier for him. Plus he gets to watch his favorite show on the tv while getting his teeth cleaned.

I visited Dr. Desai at Luminous Smiles today for the first time. When I first walked in, it felt as if I had stepped into a spa but instead of getting my nails done I was about to get my teeth done! From checking in with Manny the receptionist to having x-rays completed by Jennifer the hygienist to having an through exam with deep cleaning with Dr. Desai, everything was absolutely perfect.

I had an issue with a crown that was a few years old and I was referred by a close friend to Dr. Desai. Being that the office just opened, it was obviously spotless but it was also the nicest dentist office I have ever been in. You can tell that they really care about a patient's first impression.
