Sweet Peas Learning Center is privately owned and is currently licensed by Bright from the Start, a division of the Department of Early Care and Learning in Georgia. All curriculum used in the center is aligned with the Georgia Early Learning and Development Standards. We currently offer full time care for children in the tri-state area that are between the ages of 6 weeks old to 12 years old.
Specific information for each classroom is included on each page. Communication is key to a successful relationship between families and childcare providers. At SPLC, we use two different apps to effectively communicate with parents. Daily Connect is used in all our classrooms with diapering (not preschool or school age) and can track feedings, diapering, and nap times.

Services
Chad is a 2008 graduate of Covenant College with a bachelor's degree in early childhood education. Jinna is a 2006 graduate of Pensacola Christian College with a bachelor's degree in mathematics. With God's help, lots of prayer, a dedicated staff, and amazing families, Sweet Peas has grown from an enrollment of 20 children to a current enrollment of 120 children.
We have two infant classrooms in our center. Our Infant 1 room has 6 children and 2 staff members. This room is for children 6 weeks to 6 months of age. Our Infant 2 room has 8 children and 2 staff members. This room is for children 6 months to 12 months of age. The infant schedule is based on the individual needs of the children.
Our one year old classroom includes children that are at least one year old and walking up to children who are two years of age. Our classroom has 16 children and two staff members. Our toddler curriculum at Sweet Peas Learning Center is specifically designed to provide the children with a safe, nurturing environment that is physically and cognitively stimulating.
Our preschool classroom includes children that are at least 3 years of age and potty trained. There are 22 children in the classroom and two teachers. At Sweet Peas Learning Center, we have carefully chosen our curriculum to facilitate appropriate child development while allowing for individual interests and abilities.
Sweet Peas Learning Center offers care for school age children before school, after school, school holidays, and summer break. For before and after care, a school bus from Dade County School system picks up and drops off our enrolled students. Our spacious 1800 square foot room is licensed for 44 children and 2 staff members.
