We were buying from another company for 2 years until we found these guys. We called them and they sent an account rep the same day to do an analysis and give us pricing on our boxes and other packaging supplies we needed. We ended up ordering the same day as they beat our current prices and our rep was great. She spent time with us to go over all of our needs. We received our merchandise the next day and they have become our primary supplier.

Emailed a request for a quote. Ari replied asking for more info. Info which was already in my original email but that's fine, we can't all be perfect. I'm giving one star as he never replied back after that. I even gave him a second chance by emailing again and was ignored for the second time. If you can't or don't want to do it that's fine, no hard feelings. All you need to do is reply and say that you can't help. I believe they call it common f*#king courtesy and is a basic level of customer service.

Just like the other reviews .They earned it the FIVE STARS Exceptional customer service...Quality and prices are the BEST.I wish I known them earlier .For the last 10 years I ordered from Paper Mart and this is FAR better in prices. Excellent customer service! This is the best company I have worked with by far. I needed some bubble mailers last minute and I was able to go and pick up the quantity that I needed the same day! All their shipping supplies are the best quality not to mention the fact that they have the best pricing! If you need ANY type of shipping supplies do not look anywhere else!

I am very glad my business partner found UWAY packaging supplies. I was blown away by the friendly and great service I received from UWAY packaging supplies. I called them because we were looking for tan sealing tapes and boxes and they had what we were looking for. Not only did they have the quantity that we were looking for but the sales rep that helped me was very friendly and helpful.
