I can't recommend Weather Shield enough! Rip explained the entire process down to the materials he uses and why. As others have noted, everything was done to perfection and extremely timely. Rip communicated the whole way and the entire team was professional and speedy.
On top of stellar quality and service, Rip went above and beyond for us. Our… roof was scheduled to go up right before Hurricane Sally. We had another contractor install hurricane clips but they had to cut into our roof to get access. They put some weather protection over the new roof decking sections but once it became apparent

I haven’t yet made a deal yet with this company, but I’ve called their office and Dylan came out to my home for my estimate. These guys are very professional. I was impressed by the lady who answers the phone when I initially called because of her polite and professional demeanor. I had called around a few other places, and it was a little more like I was a bother when I called for their (competing company’s) business. Dylan came to my home, on time, on my schedule, no problem. He was also very polite, professional, and understanding of my roofing needs. I work nights, so this isn’t always

Rip and his crew just finished our new roof. We love it, and we loved the whole experience. Rip answered our call promptly and was able to explain all the materials and the work flow. He gave us an estimate, which turned out to be exactly what we paid. He communicated often; we always knew when the crew would show up and how the work was progressing. I'm very happy with my new roof. Rip and his team got the job done quickly and it looks amazing. They kept the job site clean, showed up early, and worked until dark. Rip even personally came by and spent several hours on touch up painting. This wasn't even in our contract. It's refreshing to work with someone that goes above and beyond.
