After a first company coming and messing up my roof and interior. H.E. was the next company I called. They were ready to help after hearing what had happened. They guided me on what I needed before they could work on my roof. Once everything was taken care of, they got to me fast and ready the help. H.E. kept me informed with everything going on and when they were supposed to be at my house. They was able to show up a day earlier that anticipated. Finished that day. They have been an amazing company and I'm super glad I was recommended them

My rental's roof was replaced last year and early this year the sunroom started leaking. the sunroom was installed by HTC and has no problem whatsoever since 2016. Within 1 year of this company's new shingle roof installation, the sunroom starts to leak and the sales manager said there is no warranty available, accoring to re/max. WATCH OUT! DON'T BE A VICTIM LIKE ME. if you have a add-on sunroom in the back of your house, no warranty!!!!! that's another $700-900 to fix after their roof installation!

During hurricane Sally I lost about thirteen shingles from my roof. I called this company to check my roof and to see if there was further damage. After about three weeks, I called again since I had not heard from them. A couple days later, I received a three page detailed quote totaling $21,660.

This company is unorganized, incompetent, lacks integrity, and overpriced. They tore shingles off the wrong house (2 houses on one lot) then asked me to pay them. I agreed to pay a reduced fee. I should not have. Then they hounded me for payment when I had actually paid, amd provided proof of payment for both roofs. I had them do another quote for me on another rental. You think they would have gave me a fair quote. They quoted me 260.00 a square and no concession for their F up on roofing the wring house. Absolutely rookies in business, only out for themselves.
