I am Katherine Maxwell. I have practiced law in Kalispell since 1999 and started the firm Maxwell Law in 2004. I'm originally from New Zealand and graduated from Victoria University of Wellington with degrees in law and history. I practiced law in New Zealand, traveled the world, and took time out of the workforce when my children were young, before becoming part of the legal community in Kalispell, Montana.
We are a family law firm, here to help when issues within a family need to be resolved through the legal system. Some of these matters are: marital separation, divorce, parenting plans, child support, adoption, guardianship, grandparent-grandchild contact, and premarital (and post marital) agreements.
