The idea of HUM was born out of Walter's personal struggle with his skin and breakouts. Years of trying topical products and prescription drugs had literally left him scarred emotionally and physically. Many of the drugs prescribed worked only on a temporary basis and the breakouts returned year after year.

This year, our transition to 100% ocean bound plastic bottles will prevent 6 million water bottles from entering the ocean. By 2025, it is our goal to prevent 50 million+ water bottles and eliminate single use plastic altogether. Ocean bound plastic is created from plastic waste that would otherwise end up in the ocean.

This company is sketchy as heck. They seemed reputable and in all honesty, their packaging and product is great. My issue is with their "membership" program. They make you sign up for it upon purchasing, and don't tell you how much it is. All they do is show you how many "discounts" you're getting. I fell for this unfortunately. They say you can cancel anytime but there is NO OPTION to cancel online. You have to call or email them. They are just one of many companies that are sly in getting your money. I would love to purchase their products again but because of the sketchy subscription hassle

I love the supplements, love the ease of changing delivery program, and love the auto discounts each month. However, customer service can be tricky to get ahold of, which is my one contention. In terms of product quality, price and packaging though, I really enjoy this company and have been using their supplements for over a year.

HUM products are amazing! I was very hesitant to take supplements, but I gave them a try and now I'm hooked. I love that a majority of them are vegetarian and/or vegan and that they are sustainably sourced. My favorites are Flatter Me (digestive enzymes), Gut Instinct (probiotic), Glow Sweet Glow (gummies that taste like candy and make your skin glow), and Hair Sweet Hair (gummies that help your hair thickness/growth.) I also really like Daily Cleanse and Red Carpet.

I love my HUM supplements and have been taking them for almost 2 years now! I switch off between different vitamins depending on what I need at the time, but my favorite is Glow Sweet Glow!! I've always been a fan of gummy vitamins and when HUM came out with their second vegan gummy vitamin, I jumped on it. I've only been taking them for a few weeks so can't speak for the results, but the taste... IS EPIC!!!

After paying for a 3 month vitamin subscription, I must say I am not very impressed. Additionally, their supposed "easy cancellation" of subscription is anything except easy. No one answers the phone at customer service or my email. I tried all the contact numbers. No one answers. If they try to charge me for a 4th month, I will contact my credit card company and report fraud. If you are going to buy them, just go to sephora. DO NOT DO THE SUBSCRIPTIONS BECAUSE NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. Very shady if you ask me.
