Writing this review for Jennifer means a lot to me. For a couple months I was getting unbearable headaches. They were so bad to the point that day to day activities were hard for me to take part in. I decided to get blood work done and I learned that my glucose levels were really low. I showed my blood test results to Jennifer and she knew right away that I had hypoglycemia. I told my doctor that my nutritionist thinks I have hypoglycemia and low and behold- I did. I found Jen on Instagram and was very interested in her content and information. I'm a health nut, and decided to make an appointment with her and she created a detailed and easy to read meal plan for me. I am always so afraid to change my meal plan because of the commitment to preparing food, and as a student, I just don't have time, but she totally understood where I was coming from, and gave me such easy tweaks to my diet. This is one of the first reviews that I'm absolutely EXCITED to write. Thanks to my GURU Jen has made my first pregnancy SOOOO much easier! This is my first pregnancy and I've had so many questions and concern. Jen took the time to walk me through all the steps and taught me how to have a proper diet. There were so many foods that I didn't even know I should be eating and not eating (so embarrassing I know) to make sure my baby is healthy. Working with Jennifer has been an amazing experience for me. Through her extensive blood test analysis and foods allergy tests she gave me answers to all my health concerns.
