Does not honor his 3 year warranty after less than 3 months. In his defense, I did not treat/seal the fence because it rained all of June and July but it was hot and dry in August. In that time, my fence pickets have dried, started to warp and splinter and are popping out of the frame. The fence looked great when it was finished so I didn’t notice the finishing nails that he used and they just aren’t strong enough or long enough to keep the dry warped boards in place. I had Mike come out because along with the fence and deck boards, my gate will not stay shut. He agreed to use screws to fix

Mike McDaniel, owner of Straight Line Fencing in Montgomery, TX, responded quickly when we contacted him about building a wrought iron puppy fence to enclose part of our backyard. He explained our two options and was very upfront about the pros and cons of each. Mike's price was competitive with other quotes we got. The fence is sturdy, great quality, and came with puppy bars at the bottom that even the smallest dogs could not get through. (The puppy bars are 11/2" apart.) New 130' of 6'6" cedar fence replacing 40+ year old chain link looks great and is built to last decades. Mike and crew were very professional and extremely easy to work with. They were very detail oriented making sure the fence was even and at correct level with the ground so there are no gaps for dogs to squeeze under. They had no problem working fence around a couple of big trees straddling the property line. Pricing was great! Materials they used are superior to most I've seen. Got everything done in one day. Left the area cleaner than it was to start.
