Let me preface this review with the statement I personally and regrettably did hire New Caney Fence to remove and replace the wooden fence around MY PROPERTY. YELP removed my last review claiming I did not have firsthand knowledge and I don't know how MORE first hand you can get than this. They told me this would be a two day job and they worked five long days and still left the job incomplete and didn't clean up after themselves. On two different occasions I caught two different workers defecating on my yard as well as several other infractions all of which I brought to the attention

Critical: Responsiveness
I have been trying to have someone come out and repair my fence for almost two months. The issues I need addressed were left over from the build. However, I’m told it is now a warranty issue. I have been told that rain has delayed my work even further. Now cannot even get a response to my emails.
