My ceiling fan has stopped working twice now after a power failure. Most likely the controller receiver. It has now taken me two days to schedule a repair and they do not stock any fan controllers for the major brands they sell so I must wait an additional 1.5 to 2 weeks for this common part to come in. I will like to add that Justin in the Service Department has been more than helpful and professional. Everyone else that I’ve spoken with needs to review Why they are in business in my opinion.. If they bothered to stock $500 worth the most basic parts for the brands they sell, they could significantly

Will never shop here again!!! I should have simply ordered what I wanted online, but I thought it would be nice to buy locally. So I ordered some lights, but they ended up being much too large. To return them there is a $500. restocking fee. (!!!!!) They wouldn’t agree to even try selling them in the store for me. Main point is, if I would have bought these ONLINE there would be no issue with returns, would have been no problem....
