I would highly recommend! I have three vehicles serviced regularly by a dealership and decided to support the local shop. I was impressed on the communication from Nick at the shop as well as what his mechanic found that had been missed by the dealership. They even provided me photos of the worn/broken parts and detailed explanations as to my options. I didn’t feel pressured into any repairs as I have at other shops.

I had work done here a few months ago and the service was and wonderful and the guys did and awesome job. I called back to price another job I need done and will be scheduling it in the very near future. Don't ever have any work done at Northwest Auto Mall on RT 104 by Rt 259, they will mess your vehicle up, not warranty their work and damage your vehicle as well. That's how I ended up at Ridgeway Sunoco, and I am so happy with them.

Headed over to have a few much needed repairs done on a suv I aquired from my brother, have been to ridgeway a few times in my life, and have yet to have any problems, might easily explain all the positive reviews, of the very few negative ones, most of those are from poorly maintained vehicles. People if you want quality repairs come here, stop wasting money on backyard mechanics, and let the guys at Ridgeway Sunoco fix your car, or truck right.

Jason and the crew has taken care of my special needs guardian for years . I have complete confidence in them. They would never take advantage of a special-needs person and they treat him like family. I don’t think there’s a Station around that has a heart like that station it started with Steve.

I needed a photo inspection for my insurance and I had called several other places in Rochester, who all said that they were currently not performing Carco inspections. When I called Nick at Ridgeway Sunoco, he explained they were in a similar boat due to staffing issues. When I told him how unlucky I had been in finding a place to inspect my car, he told me to bring my car in and he would do the inspection personally, despite being understaffed. I can't thank Nick enough for making an exception for me and for his remarkable customer service. Definitely recommended.

They're always available when we need them. Their prices are fair and they go out of their way sometimes to take care of customer's needs no matter how small or large. I work for NYS, and every time I ask them to assess a problem, they've never turned me away. I recommend them for their great customer service skills. 👍!

Driver Kori was very helpful two days in a row. Called AAA when twice, each car went down. Everyone involved was very helpful. Got the first car towed. Came back for the second the next day when it wouldn’t start and offered to test battery first and got us back on the road, no need for a tow. Thank you Kori and dispatcher Melissa!

Went here for my Geico inspection. Had to go twice. The first guy (short n stocky) took photos. They were never submitted. Kept getting no coverage texts and emails. Numerous calls to Geico..but still needed photos. He also checked no damage, but then checked damage on door...WHICH IS NONE. I returned for a inspection..and made no mention of previous. Everything went smoothly. Tall medium build guy. Photos loaded same day.. And no damage checked. GREAT SERVICE. I'M HAPPY. CHECK THEM OUT. JUST DONT GET THE FULL SERVE ATTENDANT To take photos.

Please be more thorough. Vehicles do not need to be towed for weak or dead batteries. A simple jump would have gotten me back on the road. To spend $200 at your shop with assurance the alternator was good , only to then spend $700 at the dealership the following day on an alternator replacement grinds my gears.

This place is the biggest scam I’ve ever seen. Had my car towed there and they charged me over 700$, granted it did need a lot of work. 2 days later it broke down again and they said they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it, a week later it broke down again turns out they installed a faulty part in my car!!! They’re lucky my engine didn’t blow!!! Such a joke. I wouldn’t bring my car here again if they PAID me too.
