Management is a total disgrace. Their accounting department is a joke to say the least. Their product quality has gone in a downward spiral over the past years with no quality control; flies or roaches in the product, etc. Go somewhere else, they're not what they use to be since the new owner took over. Total garbage!

Have owned restaurants for 35 years using Protanos. Starting December 2018 things started going bad. Within a few weeks I call to give my daily order and I am told we do not deliver any longer. No notice, no concern for peoples business who counted on them. New ownership last year, not family run after 46 years. BAD SERVICE

This Bakery was excellent before the new ownership took over a couple of years ago I am buying bread from them currently cause I have no other choice right now. Now they don't deliver and the bread must be pick up I have Oder from them for the last 13 years and they deliver the bread now they won't you call the office they don't seem to care they give you no reason as to why now they don't deliver I never with more unprofessional people

Horrible! Since the new owner took over everything is just worst. He continues to blame everybody else for the problems but the people he blames leave and the problems continue. Lack of experience. Always an excuse to either charge you extra or not pay you for services. Cleaning of the place is terrible.
