As someone who knows nothing about cars or auto shops I came to Miracle Auto Glass Center hoping I would not be taken advantage for my lack of knowledge in cars. The workers especially Lupe gave me an AMAZING and affordable service that I have now made it the only place I will go to for any car problems! They were patient and caring as if it was their personal mission to help me. I loved my experience and would give the service 10 stars if I could.

Someone broke into my car and shattered my whole passenger window. Payed less than half the price here than what safe lite quoted me. Had my window in that same day and In and out with in 30 mins of my appt time, my window works perfectly. Amazing experience and great people.

Best customer service I've had in a long time. They could've told me whatever to get me to buy a new windshield immediately, but instead they looked at it, fixed it for safety, with very little cosmetic issues left, and saved me the cost for quite some time. Besides that, both Lupe and Jose were so friendly and funny. Considering the circumstance for my visit, I couldn't be more happy with this place. I highly recommend!!

The name of the business is Miracle Auto GLASS Center - Windshield repair. On a Monday I called to schedule an appointment and the lady on the phone says that their Auto Glass Center is Closed today?? But its called Auto Glass Center...what else do you do? Then I ask if they work with insurance companies and she can't answer the question...wow. Red Flag for me when an Auto Glass Center has the Auto Glass shop Closed on a Monday and they don't even know if they work with Insurance companies.

Although there were a few hiccups along the way, overall, I had a wonderful experience with Miracle Auto Glass Center. I would recommend them for fast and extremely professional/friendly service. I scheduled a morning appointment for a total windshield replacement for my dad’s car with Luana. She offered to beat a competitor’s price & informed me that it could even be done through their courtesy mobile service. Unfortunately, there was an 8am staff meeting that was overlooked during the booking, so the representative did not show up until 8:55 am. I had called Luana a few times to check on
