Sitting, standing, closing the car door, walking up or down stairs - we analyze how your body moves through space. This begins the journey toward fitness in a way that reduces any painful or physically stressful assessment or training techniques. This program of correction for movement dysfunctions is the foundation of "FUNCTIONAL" training and "GUTS" of our philosophy.
The Ski and Snowboard Club of Vail athletes credit much their great success in the last 12 years to the research and design of our Human Performance Training Program. Our elite athletes have received Olympic and World Championship Medals, numerous X-Games and World Cup wins. However, our individual training programs are not the "stuff of legends".

It's a great gym, staff are really nice and helpful. I just came in for one workout because I'm only visiting the town for a week and all the gym needs for the future is a pull up bar setup with some rings attached to it because the grips on the racks limit your movements and dont stay in one spot. Can't really do muscle ups or pullovers on them. I reckon if you guys put one in the middle of the rack section, it would benefit your gym and the building has the perfect height for it because you can't hit your head.
