My daughters and I were traveling through when we experienced a tire concern. I decided to stop in at West Tire Inc., to have them look at it, and to help if they could.
From the moment I walked in, I was treated so well. They were able to put me right in, tested things out, and had me road ready within twenty minutes.

I arrived at 8:30 a.m. to have an oil change done and my tires rotated on my Dodge Ram truck. They started working on my truck within a few minutes. I waited in the waiting room with my dog, Sophie. They had complimentary coffee available and the news on tv to watch while I waited. The employees were friendly and attentive to myself and Sophie while they took care of my truck. I am from out of state and I saw an ad for Wiest tires and I recommend their service.

Travel the country full-time with a 30' Travel trailer. We leave San Antonio and I notice one tire was a little dry rot. Get to Fort Stockton RV Park and Wiest is in there brochure. Call on Monday morning and they have my tire size. I bring it in and am second in line for the tall bay. While replacing the tire the tech notices wires protruding from the tire on the same side. Ended up getting three tires at a great price. Work was done quickly and professionally. Entire stuff is courteous and professional!!!

We had a blow out on the way to Big Bend, and used Wierst location near Fort Stockton to repair it. We also purchased a new spare tire. Unfortunately on the way home, we had another blow out on the same tire... Low and behold the new spare tire we purchased was not inflated correctly for an RV and we were again stranded on a Sunday evening somewhere along I-10. We had to go through major gyrations to find someone to come out and find us. Eventually we called the Sheriff who helped us find someone to come out with a new spare and install it - $$$!!

On our journey east toward San Antonio we had the misfortune of getting a flat tire. Of course, In a small town (Fort Stockton) we visit the gas station and ask the local who has served her community with a smile for 40+ years where the tire shop is located.
She recommends Wiest Tire shop - Firestone. We arrive and the manager pencils us in and within an hour we get a used tire reasonably priced. Everything went smoothly until we noticed, at home, the vandalism to the interior of our rented van! We found dirt (which was very difficult to clean) smeared on our luggage, all over the seats and floorboards

Passing through late afternoon when everything in Fort Stockton was about to close. I had a tire start coming apart several miles outside of town. I called several places that couldn't/wouldn't help because they were closing soon. Finally got some help at McKissack Tire Center but unfortunately they didn't have the right size, he called Wiest Tire and talked to Martin(?), he told me they had the right size and could get tires on that same day, he also said if Wiest couldn't do it the same day have Martin call him (I'm assuming they would've worked a deal to get the

After staying the night in Ft. Stockton TX on i 10, we hit the road at 7 am and got 10 miles east and the tire light on our BMW came on. A nightmare always.
The pressure had dropped to 20 lbs We paid $1.50 for some air at a gas station and pumped it to 40 lbs. Turned back and looked for a tire shop in Ft. Stockton most were closed.
Wiest Tire was open and we were immediately moved into the bay and the tire was removed and checked for leaks. There were no leaks found. The tech replaced the tire on the car and the owners said no charge. We had the correct pressure and we reset the tire monitor.
