My husband big rig got a blowout and he got treated badly by the guy in the shop. He tried explaining what he needed. Other customer got there and they attended him right away. We were on call wait for the longest just to get approval to get transferred to talk to the guy??! What kind of bs..called about 20 times never answered the phone. How hard is it to do a simple tire fix. Worst customer service. Do not recommend going here until they learn to manage their customer service.

Saved the day. Stopped to refuel our motorhome and discovered a flat tire due to a leaky valve extender. We were just across the road, so we drove over. Oasis filled us up with air, checked all the tires and we were on our way. (With valve extenders removed.) PROMPT and COURTEOUS!!!!
