The techs they send out are wonderful and know how to do their job. The office staff is incompetent, rude and lazy. If you want to have to do your own research for parts, leave endless messages that never get returned, get treated disrespectfully and get charged on your CC without receiving invoices. This is the place for you. If you have higher expectations for a company you are bringing business to then I suggest you call anyone else but this company.

I would never recommend this company. Probably the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Horrible customer service, and this whole process has taken over three months.
After charging my credit card for the full repair amount, they damaged my appliance to the point it is now irreparable, and the company has completely ignored my… attempts to remedy the situation. If you use this company, which I would not recommend at all, do not let them take your money until you are satisfied with the work they have done. I am now having to consider taking them to small claims court.

Our initial consultation was on 12/28/20. Tyler informed us we needed a new ignitor and belt kit. We wanted to have the company go ahead and fix it so they ordered the parts and said they would call us when they arrived. On Jan 2nd we were charged 209 which was supposed to be half of the total repair cost. After two weeks I called to check in and… was told they were still waiting on parts and it would probably be awhile bc of the holidays and shipping delays. I waited at least a week to call again, not expecting the part to be in but wanting an update on if it had shipped, they told me it

DO NOT USE! The tech was a scam artist and their customer service is beyond atrocious. I had a tech come to my house because my dryer sounded like it was possessed. The tech showed up and didn't even touch my dryer, but told me I needed a belt, a pulley, and new rollers. He said he would expedite the parts and the repair would be completed by early… the next week (this happened on a Wednesday). Monday of the next week, I hadn't heard from anyone regarding parts or scheduling the repair. I called and left a message - no call back. On Wednesday I call again and finally get a hold of someone

We have had issues with our oven since we got it. Tried another appliance repair company in town first and was told my oven would new parts (up to 5 different parts) to fix the problem. Each part costing… $100-$200 and there was no way of knowing if the part would solve the problem until we ordered, paid for it and installed it. We sat on the issue for a few months only to have it get worse! Then I googled appliance repair and came across you guys! Had them service my LG washer and Dryer. The price was fair, and they were able to get someone out to me next day. The tech was very helpful and explained to us why our appliances were acting up. Parts were ordered and we were able to resolve the issue with in a week. Appliances are working great!
