Our dryer was making a funny noise when it started, but the funny noise turned into an all-out screech and I knew I was in trouble. I don't recall exactly how I found All Tech, but I am glad I did. The person who scheduled me was very helpful, and Ravi, the technician came out and was amazing! He was on time (called to say he was on the way), professional, clean, and thorough. Ravi didn't try to up-sell me or push anything on me that we didn't need. I would call him again and highly recommend him.

My refrigerator was leaking water onto the floor. I found some YouTube videos and tried to fix it myself. I saw the stellar reviews, so I called them. Ravi arrived and the first thing he did was check the airflow of my portable air conditioner on his way to the kitchen. He showed me some basic maintenance that ramped up the output, so I was happy with that. He checked out my fridge and determined that parts needed to be ordered. He gave me clear, helpful instructions to baby it along for two more days, and fixed it quickly once the parts came in. This company is so responsive, so helpful

Being a fairly new homeowner, I'm never sure where to start when looking for a service company. Because All Tech had such great reviews, I called them when one of my gas burners on my stove went out. They were able to come out within a couple of days, fixed it, told us what to avoid to keep it from happening and charged a reasonable price. So, when the refrigerator started running too cold, I called them. This time their scheduler Angela gave me advice over the phone on what might help. She scheduled a time just in case, but it worked and we canceled the appointment. What company helps you

Jared was great! Not only did he get my washer up and running again, he gave me the run down on what the future of my washer will look like, as well as the cost/benefit of fixing or replacing when the inevitable occurs. After the washer was fixed, Jared asked if my other appliance were working well, and gave me tips about how to better maintain them to prolong their life. As a bonus he also uninstalled and recycled a broken ice maker from my freezer!

Jared came out to minister to our ailing but never replaceable Kenmore microwave (I have found no acceptable replacement), took care of that, and then we were treated to the Jared Academy of All Things Customers Need to Know about Appliances, and was it an eye opener! He took us to each appliance, asked questions of how we used it, and then told us "secrets" of how best to use it to prolong its life, and things you can damage without knowing it. [NEVER use the oven cleaning cycle - it slowly fries the electronics]. And wait till he tells you about washers and soap. We learned so much

Ravi from Alltech appliance is simply the best! He arrived on time in November to see what was up with my washer. It is a 5 year old Maytag top loader that sounded like a jet taking off during the spin cycle! He spent time and energy evaluating the problem. He gave me the option of repair or replacement because it was taking months to get parts from China. Since the performance of the washer was good I decided to wear ear plugs and wait.

Ravi came to our house during COVID pandemic masked up and had booties on before he came into our house. Our washer started leaking water and I was sure we broke the washer. Ravi even brought a LG part that he thought would be the likely reason why our washer would leak. But turns out it was just a case of over sudsing. He checked the machine all over and even emptied out the filter. Told me house I could clean my washer. And explained why it would leak. All Tech was able to arrange a next day appointment and our technician, Jared, did an outstanding job. Our 9 year old refrigerator was breaking down and Jared provided a quick diagnosis and estimate to repair. He was very knowledgeable and patient while helping us navigate the repair vs. replace decision. We have been using All Tech for about 10 years whenever we have an appliance issue (washer, refrigerator, and today....freezer). All Tech is always professional and can fix each issue we have quickly and professionally. Today Ravi came over to fix an issue we had with out freezer that was not making ice. He came in with a mask, was professional, friendly and helped to fix our issue quickly as usual. Highly recommend All Tech.

Pros: this repair company gave us an appointment promptly, and the repair guy was nice. He wore a mask and used our back entrance to the basement to minimize possible exposure to Covid.
Cons: he misdiagnosed the problem with our washing machine, with a repair estimate of $446, above the $99 diagnostic visit charge which I paid. In actuality, it was only a $30 part, WHICH I ASKED HIM ABOUT, but he said was "hardly ever breaks." I don't think he ever tested it. Folks, the homeowner should NOT know more about repairing their appliance than the tech. In this case I had done my research

My wife spoke to these folks on the phone to ask about repairing our washer. They were great. We ended up deciding not to schedule a repair, after they walked us through some options for what it could be. I only wish I could update my rating to five stars for my recent experience. We had what we thought was a failed washing machine (bottom half of a stacked combo) and I recalled my earlier experience with All Tech so I gave them a call.
Through my conversation with the person who answered the phone, I not only scheduled a repair appointment but also spoke for several minutes discussing by the ups and downs of a potential new appliance purchase. She gave me some solid information on which to base a purchase on.
When the tech arrived, I left him to the issue and was surprised
