Our agency was founded back in 1947 in Allen Park, MI. Around 20 years ago, we moved to our current location in Southgate, MI. Founded by Lawrence B. Lademan, the agency was later passed onto his son Lawrence J. Lademan. He introduced his son, Nick Bader, into the agency in 2005, and due to Nick's success in the business, he became the agency's President.

Very frustrated this place was referred from Michael bates. I wish I just stayed with esurance. I was happy with them but micheal bates said give best rate . They did give good rate but not what I asked for . I told them first thing I want 500 duct and rental car josh told me he can do that no problem . I got in fender bender when I call make claim they told me I had 1000 duct.. I was so mad I know I told 500 duct make long story short partly my fault I did not read decoration so I called josh thought be honest and say ok no problem but instead he heard compliant and was not understanding . Boy

Josh has been my families agent for a few years now. He is always so kind and very on top of every question I have about my policy. Recently we had to make our first claim due to our basement flooding. Unfortunately our claim was denied by the insurance company. I spoke to Josh and he immediately took action. He made calls and fought for my claim and within 48 hours or less he had my claim approved and we were sent a check two days later. Outstanding service and I’m glad to call him my agent.

Have had nothing but issues with this company. They continually told me they added a wedding ring and month after month I get the dec page and it’s not added. They opened up a home policy under my wife’s name, at her parents address that she has never lived. They’ve never spoken to her before and no documents were signed. It was escalated to managers and the managers couldn’t care less. Shady business all around.

My policy was a week from renewing with the same company. I was called by Nick Bader and made aware he had found me a better quote with another company that is comparable and would save me money. He was right over 1500 dollars difference. They have always been responsive when I've reached out. Great company highly recommend

Josh is my guy he is so amazing friendly and professional he found me the best rate and the lowest I have had in 3 years. I highly recommend if you need insurance I have renters and car insurance. I have never been happier with a business I never leave reviews but they indeed deserve one he also checks in from time to time to make sure I’m still good with my policies and if I need anything else or if anyone else needs anything this is the insurance company to go with I promise and Josh is the man check them out you won’t be disappointed.

I had home & auto and then attempted to add cottage insurance. Got a good quote and paid it in full. Then the policy was cancelled by the company. Learned the agent I talked with did something wrong, so punishing me was the fix. I got a too high replacement cottage policy, with promises to transfer the refund $$ from cancelled policy to new policy. Today a refund check was in my mailbox. I’m tired of broken promises and bad quotes. Replacing all my policies today.

I have worked with nearly every insurance company over the years and can honestly say, Josh at Lademan is the best insurance agent I’ve worked with. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and really takes his time to make sure you have the right amount of coverage.
