We ordered a custom side table on January 5th, and we were told it would take 6 weeks to come in. We questioned the associate, as that seemed really fast for a custom order, and she reassured us that it would arrive in 6 weeks. It still has not arrived more than four months later. We have called numerous times, and the answer is "a couple more weeks." Last week we called, and they said it would arrive this week. Now they are saying it will arrive in 3 weeks. We are not mad that COVID creates delays, we are upset by the store's communication and repeated broken promises. I'm sure our table will

Cannot say enough about this place. We just stopped in to look, bought a bedroom set, they delivered it the next day, which is unheard of. We then asked them if they could get a certain leather in a sofa, called us the next day that they could get a sample, and we ordered it the next week. We were very surprised that it came in 2 weeks, and again, great service on delivery. Will be back!!!

Simonet's made it so easy for me! Even in the midst of a pandemic! I ordered a box spring from them last week for a very reasonable price. One week later not only did the mattress come in but they just delivered it/carried it upstairs for me for free. If you need anything go here first. They're local, friendly, reasonable and overall great.

If you are looking for good quality furniture from a local business you should stop in Simonet's and look around. The have a lot packed into this space and it may not be displayed in little rooms like a lot of other furniture stores but they do have quality at competitive prices and at the end of the day I don't need all the extra fluff to spot a great piece of furniture. They offer something for everyone's price point too.

Lately I've been shopping for a mattress. I've made the rounds to many purveyors of such items, from national mattress chains to regional furniture chains to independent mattress retailers to factory-based stores to specialty mall outlets. The process is not fun. Sure, some of the mattresses are comfortable. But most of the shopping environments are not.
