We hired this company to install the same hardwood flooring on the second floor as we already had on the first floor. They stated the job would take one day, which I thought was not possible, and they required payment up front, (red flag). Steve, the owner, assured us he would ensure we were completely satisfied in the end.
We also asked Steve if they could install new stair treads and the same flooring on the stairwell landing, he stated they could handle the job. We hired them to perform the work on the stairwell as well.

I had an excellent experience with Superior Flooring. They installed carpet up stairs and the stairway, new vinyl flooring in two bathrooms, and luxury vinyl plank throughout my entire downstairs. Calling into Superior Flooring was amazing. The customer service was delightful and made me feel good, knowing I was safe in their hands. The crew arrived on time, very professional and pleasant.
