We had safe-dry come out to clean our stairs and upstairs bedrooms. The service was the best we’ve ever had done. They communicated what time they would be arriving and came at that exact time. After completing a review of the area, Zarrick Jenkins explained the service options. After making my selection, Zarrick proceed to clean the area. He was very professional and focused on providing a good quality experience. I will be recommending Safe-Dry and Zarrick Jenkins, to family and friends.

Don’t hire this carpet cleaning company! I called them because they were a Roswell Company and Zerorez was booked. They were worst carpet cleaners I have ever had. They literally took what looked like a cheap plastic weed sprayer from Home Depot sprayed my carpets then went over them with what looked like a floor buffer to buff the floors of the elementary school! My hallway looks worse than before they started. He swung the machine back and forth and everyplace he stoppedto go in the opposite direction it left dark marks on the carpet. When he was done which only took about 15 or 20 minutes
