Services
The purpose of a Bail Bond is to guarantee to the court that the person being released on the bail bond will make all of their required court appearances. It is a financial guarantee to the court that the defendant will appear on each and every court appearance. Failure of the defendant to comply with the court appearances could result in warrants being issued and the bail bonds being forfeited.
Please download all the forms listed below and print them. Fill out the the Indemnitors Financial Statement completely and sign your name wherever it says "Indemnitor's Signature" or "signature." On the Contract, please insert the defendants name and your name where required and sign on the bottom right hand side of the page Once everything is filled out, you may either fax the paperwork, or scan and email them.

Only problem with them is it seems like i always show up when no-one is n the office. Then had one lady insinuate that i DIDNT show up cuz she swears she was there. Lol i called as i rang door bell several minutes. The guy answered and said i could come back monday or wait an hr for him to get there. So i waited til monday.
