Nick was superior in service, knowledge and explaining what he was doing. We hadn’t had internet for 2 weeks and he recommended what we needed and even tackled talking with our internet provider. He didn’t leave until he had checked out everything, to be sure we were up and connected.

Our company wanted to install new products and hardware to ease our job at the site. Nonetheless, we weren't sure which products or hardware were optimal for our needs. I was afraid my hard drive was shot as laptop was totally unresponsive. Sergio tried saving anything he could find but it was too late... Should have brought it in sooner. But I got my old machine back with a new hard drive and now I can use it as a backup or spare. He is so nice and professional and knows his stuff and is extremely fair and reasonable. I will always go to him for any problems
