The dentist was very good and detailed, in the cleaning and letting me know what the issues I had were. Her assistant, however, was supposed to polish and use fluoride on my teeth. She wasn’t very thorough, and didn’t use fluoride, even though the doctor asked her too..which I only found out about this as I was leaving. My teeth don’t feel properly polished, and I didn’t get that fresh feeling in my mouth as I left, she flossed after polishing..weird

They alway have appointments available according to your convenience. Dr. T went above and beyond to fix my all my problems. She is very caring and friendly, will listen to all of your concerns. Took care of my son’s issue immediately as well. They will never force anything that you don’t need. Best Dentist office I have ever been to!

The entire staff at Prince William Family Dental has been phenomenal and helpful. I had an appointment scheduled for a regular cleaning and received a call a couple of days before to reschedule to meet my insurance requirement for 6 months to pass between cleanings. Apparently my appointment would have happened inside of this and would have been rejected by the carrier. We rescheduled and got it done. I enjoy going in to the office as they are all friendly and we have some fun.
