We have used Mod Movers before and once again they did an AMAZING job! This time we hired Mod Movers at the last minute when we realized we needed help with loading a large moving truck, that we were going to drive ourselves across the country for 30 hours. We were so thankful they were able do it with such short notice. David and Luis were incredibly fast and efficient, and everything arrived with zero damage. They were kind and patient. These guys were amazing! Manuel and his team arrived on time, were professional and very respectful of our space. We hired MOD Movers to move a baby grand piano from one room to another, but they had to go out of the house and around. Manuel was very knowledgeable about pianos, secured everything safely and talked his team through the whole process so that everyone knew which way to go and what to do. They worked quickly and efficiently. We highly recommend and will hire them again for any future moves.

We’ve had the best experience with Manuel, Fernando, Christian and Daniel! This was the smoothest move I’ve ever done! They were professional, friendly, thoughtful and the attention to every detail was amazing!!! We had some odd shaped furniture and things that were difficult to get in and not a scratch on anything! The employees of this company KNOW their jobs and my goodness do they do an amazing job at showing it. They were on point and accurate with their pricing and details and their customer service is just way high up there. My friends and I were moving into an apartment, and it’s three females, given the day and age we live in it’s hard to trust people around you, let alone having them in your home. Manuel and his team, were the most polite and respectful men we’ve ever met, which may not matter to some, but I know it does to others. Marleen is the owner of this business and for that exact reason I would NEVER recommend Mod Movers to anyone. Her employers gave my tenant incorrect information which caused confusion on the day of the move. In an effort to resolve the issue I called and was talked to in the most inappropriate manner. I put Marleen on speaker so that others could hear the yelling. After several minutes I simply hung up the phone. Upset by my refusal to further the conversation she started bullying, threatening, and harassing my tenant. My tenant signed a new contract for an updated amount that reflected the work

I called these movers 6 weeks before my move because I wanted to make sure they had availability for my move. When I first called, the person who I spoke with was absolutely one of the best customer service reps I've ever spoken with. I was so impressed with him, I decided to book with Mod. I called to change my date a few weeks before the move and when I called, the girl couldn't find my reservation anywhere. She had me on hold for almost 8 min looking. Fantastic movers. I called MM to get an estimate. While on the phone detailing what was being moved Marlene Corpus emailed the estimate. I had spoken with over half-dozen moving companies, all appeared disinterested in working, Marlene was the first to not only respond but explain their policy.
At 6:25 am moving day, Luis called to say they would be at my house shortly. At 6:50 am Luis and crew arrived. These guys loaded the truck in an orderly manner, were polite and courteous the entire time. The same applied on the 2.5 hour drive to deliver my furnishings.

Josh, Jaime, Gilbert, and Adam showed up bright and early. They were so professional, and showed kindness, humor, and good spirits through out a very long day. They took excellent care of our new home. They layer down runners, corner guards, taking great care to keep floors and walls safe. We can highly recommend them for moving, although I understand they do hauling and smaller jobs too.

I am beyond speechless on the professionalism from the office staff and the pick up and delivery team. Manuel, Julian and Joel were outstanding and would highly recommend them to all my friends and family. To be in a horrible bind the day before moving and the moving truck company UHUAL ; major disappointment. Mod Movers were fast and truly took away my stress of this nightmare that UHUAL left me in. These guys used some strange form of intimidation and bullying to charge far more without my authorization. A police report needed to be filed, a cease and desist, and a final call from police was given to the owner and her hired men to stop contact.
I wonder if they have used reputation management services to get their reviews up on google, because the yelp reviews (which are very few) seem very different then the google reviews.
