I am an active duty military member that has been waiting for my belongings to arrive at my new duty location for a couple of weeks now and so far I have just been left in the dark. I have called multiple times through out these weeks and and no one has picked up any of the phones. I was also not given any tracking information for my belongings. So far this company has been very unprofessional and not helpful at all. I would not recommend to use this company at all unless you like not knowing anything about where and what is happening to to your belongings.

Pete and his crew are a fantastic respectable crew. In July 2019 we had a large crated military pack out (Monterey to Hawaii.) I had to handle it alone while my spouse was deployed so I wanted a trustworthy company with a good reputation. I’m local to the Monterey area and I’ve PCS’d out of Monterey before so I knew what companies to avoid. The first moving company was not acceptable to us. I started using Poulos, when Wermuth/Calhoun closed their warehouse. Absolutely nothing, but the best from Pete and his crew at Poulis Moving Systems. I've used them atleast 8 times for various things. A very dependable company which translates into: 1). On Time 2). Careful with the items 3). Fair with their pricing 4). Exactly the number of crew needed for the job 5). Any questions they can't answer they will get back to you ASAP 6). Chris and Josh were amazing! Third time we used them and this was a tough one , two hoses between Marina & Carmel to San Rafael , horrid steps at one place , they're still cranking and doing a great job at being careful with our things , figuring out with me what to put where , great customer service and I highly recommend these two ! I can not say how impressed I was with this moving company. They have now completed two full moves for my family, and both times we were very impressed with their service. The movers themselves were knowledgeable and professional, while also maintaining a positive attitude during a rather stressful time for us. The owner was very responsive and attentive to details. I would recommend this company for any move or packing needs.

I used Poulos to move locally. It was an extremely pleasant experience start to finish. The owner was very polite and transparent with cost. He also called a few days prior to the move to confirm; which sounds like it is common sense but doesn't always happen. Josh, David?, and Sergio were professional, friendly, and paid very close attention to detail. They were so careful with my belongings and made sure to wrap them accordingly. I am extremely satisfied with them and wouldn't hesitate to use them if I need to in the future.

My husband and I were incredibly impressed with the moving team during our 2 moves!! Not only were they fast but we just had a great time with them! We have moved multiple times during military life. Poulos Moving systems were by far one of the best moving companies we have worked with. They are excellent at explaining paperwork and every time I had questions for them I received a quick response. They were professional but caring with our belongings. I wish everyone in the transportation business put as much time and consideration towards their customers.

This was really my first time making a move, and I had Poulos MS recommended. I talked to the owner and he put me at ease about the whole processes and helped me find a time that worked great for my schedule.
On moving day, the two gentleman that helped me move did a fantastic professional job, and even though I did most of my own packing already, they did all of my glassware for me (which, honestly, I was scared to do).

This is our first PCS as a military family! I was a nervous wreck since I always heard horror stories about the moving and packing. I heard they break things and they never do a good job in packing. I also heard that being reimburse for broken things is like a slap on the face because the price they give you back are peanuts! We met Rene and Josh. They came in our apartment. They were so friendly and helpful. It amazes us how they pack, so fast and making sure everything is wrapped up!! They even kindly asked me, if it is okay for them to pack this or that. These guys are criminals. The military contracted these guys for our PCS. They did $4000 worth of damage to BRAND NEW furniture & offered us $465 for it. One of the guys sliced open my couch taking tape off of it & they offered me $12 for an upholstery repair kit to fix it myself. One of them tried to pick a fight with my husband while 5 other guys impatiently called out numbers at me trying to rush me to not verify box numbers. They also did damage to the walls in housing slamming our wood bedroom furniture up the stairs uncovered on a METAL dolly. These clowns are idiots & should

We have had to move 6 times with the military, always with professional movers. This was by far the best move we have had. From the initial assessment to the drop off, every person was friendly and professional. I can't recommend them more. No trash left behind and hardly anything broken (even the best have something that breaks.) I'm beyond satisfied with this company!

In addition, I can prove my claims with documentation. If anyone doubts my statements below feel free to contact me and I would be happy to do so. If I can keep this company from destroying anyone else's belongings I will be happy.

I needed a small space to store some household items, and found Poulos online. I was confused how that type of storage worked (in vaults), but actually liked it much more than the more common type of self-storage. It's cleaner, and we don't need any locks to secure the vault. As far as accessibility goes, once we need to get to it, we can let them now ahead, and they'll get the vault ready for you. I was very impressed, not only with this system, but most importantly with the friendliness of the staff (Pete & Sergio). I highly recommend this place if you don't need to have

We used this company for our recent move from San Diego back up to the Monterey area. The problem we encountered was that they damaged many of our pieces of furniture because of carelessness with loading and transporting our load. Specifically we had holes and scrapes in our leather furniture and rust stains on our upholstered couch from lawn furniture being laid on top, and a shattered glass table top. Although they were punctual and honored time frames, and seemed competitive price wise, and we like supporting small business, I would recommend not using this company. If you do, buy the insurance
