My father, Moises Gutierrez Sr., initially started our company Gutierrez Machine Shop in 1989 in Laredo, Texas. We mainly worked fabrication and design with companies such as Sony, Delphi Packard Electric, Wiegand, Caterpillar, among others.
In 1990 my father opened a second location in Nuevo Laredo, Mexico called Servicios Industriales Del Norte (S.I.N.) where he helped several maquiladoras(manufacturing plants) with tool and die making, expediting manufacturing process, part designs and general machine fabrication maintenance.Gutierrez Machine Shop expanded its services to include ornamental welding and general welding repair.
