Our staff is certified across many qualifying agencies. We are also willing to qualify to a specific need or standard. Our qualifications go hand in hand with our capabilities. We are TIG certified to weld most stainless steels, aluminum, titanium and most carbon steels including Chromalloy. Our current MIG qualifications are in carbon steel.
We are the premiere welding, waterjet cutting and metal fabrication shop in South Texas. The breadth of our abilities sets Weebz apart from our peers. We are proficient in a wide variety of metals including Titanium and Aluminum. We can perform plasma cutting, heavy steel fabrication with MIG welding as well as TIG welding of exceptionally thin alloys.

Services
What sets us apart from most "Welding Shops" is that we are very diversified with TIG and MIG welding across a wide variety of metals. Most shops specialize in one or two processes and are limited to a few material types. As part of my aerospace background we are very custom to working within very tight tolerance demands.
Weebz Welding started as a highly technical welding service with a wide range of capabilities. As our company grew so did the need for precision flat part cutting for our production items. We soon realized that that there were only a few companies in San Antonio with WaterJet capabilities. We saw the opportunity to expand our capabilities and jumped headlong into the WaterJet cutting service and changed our name to Weebz Welding & WaterJet.
Weebz Welding and WaterJet have been a phenomenal support to our business through their product offerings, high quality control and impressive technical knowledge. Their experience in this field have helped us immensely in cost savings and lead times. They are very communicative in their opinions and recommendations which is very important in our line of business.

Great customer service!
I needed a piece cut out on the water jet ASAP,
I called from out of town got in contact with Josh and he helped me design and have a drawing ready for the water jet, I will continue to do business here even if I have to drive 2 hours to pick up my finished parts, thank you!!

Weebz Welding and Waterjet performs many prototype projects and production weldments for us at Alamo regularly. They are accurate, quick to turn around, and easy to communicate with. My engineers get the parts and weldments they need by simply emailing the drawings. Weebz staff is very good at reviewing the information and providing accurate deliveries. When my team gets in a bind Alan is usually our first call. Weebz has been a valued vendor for Alamo for more than 8 years, and their price is hard to beat.

Weebz has been an awesome vendor to work with. I've had several projects completed by Alan and his capable crew and had never been disappointed. We had them do waterjet work, welding and fabrication work, sheet metal work, mild steel and stainless - always top quality work and always great to work with. Weebz is quick on quotes and has great communication during the project. I've recommended Weebz several times to coworkers and other businesses and will continue to do so.
