The roof and sidings looked good after SoftWasherz cleaned them. Their people were conscientious and helpful. I was not happy with the mess left behind in the yard after SoftWasherz cleaned off my roof, but when I complained about it, they responded in a few days and cleaned up the mess satisfactorily.

We had our dryer vent cleaned out, the last time was a little over three years ago. Pierce responded to our call, set up a time frame to do the work and kept us informed through the whole process. The cost, like everything, has gone up and while it is a little pricey the work was professionally done and the hazards of a clogged dryer vent eliminated.

I contacted Pierce when I came in to Fairhope to visit family. My sisters and I currently have my Fathers home up for sale. I went by to look at it and the siding, metal roof, brick patios and driveway looked awful. Phoned Pierce and told him the situation. Although his team was booked solid for several weeks he fit me in and did a fantastic job. Pierce always kept me up to date and where he was at in the process and was very prompt on answering texts, emails and phone calls. Just a magnificent experience and I highly recommend his company.

Amazing, truly exceptional work. Will use them regularly from now on. Not to mention the crew is super friendly and funny, especially their manager was such a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend them over every other power washing company as I've tried the others and they don't come close to the high level personable customer service and quality of work as these guys do. Plus he is military, there's nothing to complain about here! Love this company, probably one of my favorite company's.

I saw a sign advertising SoftwarsherZ services; called and and had an appointment and estimate quickly. We agreed on price and services. The only drawback was communication of when delivery of services would be provided; I had to choose, but I didn't get a response, after choosing, until the night before the proposed. Everything worked out smoothly. They delivered everything promised at a reasonable cost. I have done it myself before and the services were well worth the expense, and they did a much better job than I. Wish I had taken a better before picture. Very satisfied; easy to deal with; worth

Just had my entire house, driveway and sidewalks pressure washed by them. They did a great job. Everything is perfectly clean with no damage to plants or landscaping.

Pierce is cordial and friendly. He stopped by and gave me a quote within 30 minutes of my call. He then said he could complete the service on the spot. An hour later the service was complete. My roof looks great and I think this adds great value to my home. I will be using his services again in the future.

A-OK about sums it up. The franchise owner is friendly and cordial. They work around your schedule. Please ask for an experienced tech who will honor the agreement of taking care of your outside plants. The bleach solution is very detrimental to them.
That being said, they are reasonably priced and an absolute necessity in this area because the air is so grimy. A good way to invest in your home.

We just moved here and my dryer started giving us a signal that the vent was blocked. I called Pierce who happened to be working in the area that morning. He showed up within an hour and cleaned out the vent. After showing me what was clogging the vent, he adjusted the positions of both my washer and dryer. I plan to hire him again annually to check the vent.
