My wife and I established Bay-Way Power Wash after months of intense consideration. I took an early retirement from an industrial facility where I had been a shift manager for twenty years, responsible for planning, scheduling, operations, maintenance production and employee safety. We are partners at home and in the business.

Our Residential Services provide superior cleaning because we use power washing instead of pressure washing. You may think they are the same process, but there is one key difference: Heat! Pressure washing simply blasts cold water at the dirt on your concrete surfaces. Power washing heats the water first, which leads to a superior clean.

It could not have been easier to work with Tony,
the owner, and his men. They were so nice, worked continuously, were respectful, wanted me to be fully satisfied with their work, and were very proud of their work.
They made sure you understood what they were doing. They asked if there were planters or walls, etcetera that you might like cleaned. I could not have asked for anything more.
I would recommend them to anyone.

The soft wash roof cleaning they did for us restored our roof to its original color & looked brand new when they were done. Knowledgeable and professional, these guys did a great job on my concrete patio and pool area. They were on time and finished up quickly. Prices are reasonable. I just had Bay Way Power Wash complete the cleaning of my roof and exterior surfaces. I am completely satisfied with the job that was done from start to finish. Tony came and met with us after we called him and provided an accurate estimate. Once we accepted it, he promptly scheduled the time for it to be done. He was there when he said he would be and worked to complete the job as he promised. The results are fantastic. The house looks great. I will certainly use him again and will recommend him to anyone that needs exterior cleaning of their house. 100% satisfied!!!
