North Georgia Healthcare Center is a non-profit health care center in Ringgold, Georgia. NGHCC is federally funded by the U.S.D.A. Direct Loan Program funds. The organization will seek sponsorship through private corporations, community, and grants and it will accept Private Insurance, Medicare, Medicaid.
NGHCC will offer medical services to North Georgia and surrounding areas Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. This service will resolve issues with non-emergency care through emergency room services at local hospitals, thus reducing unnecessary costs. NGHCC will have a non-profit pharmacy to assist with your prescription needs.

Services
Education in preventive and occupational medicine in collaboration with local and public health departments. NGHCC offers general medical care for pediatric patients who need to be treated for illness. For preventive care and immunizations, NGHCC partners with Promise Pediatrics through the referral process.
We saw a need in North Georgia. Too many families, too many elderly, too many children are not getting the healthcare they need. The North Georgia Healthcare Center is here for them. In addition, we have found many health problems such as obesity, growing in our community. At the North Georgia Healthcare Center, we offer many options such as education, monitoring, and diabetic programs to help individuals control weight management issues.

If you want to see a perfect example of a completely incompetent, toxic, fragmented and authoritative management style, THEN COME TO NORTH GEORGIA HEALTHCARE CENTER, because that is exactly what you will see. This place is an absolute joke. The management has lost two lawsuits under this facility due to mismanagement. Never have I seen such a low employee retention rate. Can't expect much from a business when their executives are only there for the FQHC cash grab strategy.

This used to be a good dr office. But the good doctors left. The lady at the front desk is very rude. The doctors just refer you to other doctors. They really don't care about you. If its state funded then the state needs a better director and get better doctors. I've gotten better help at the veterans affair and thats sad.

All front staff (except for the lady at the check in at sliding glass doors) were extremely rude and hateful. Not friendly or welcoming at all. I stood at the check-in desk for a couple of minutes before anyone even greeted me. I work in a healthcare setting myself and this type of customer service is unacceptable. The only good thing about my visit was the Doctor and his Nurse. She was extremely kind!

I have always been met with courteous service & the staff always have a smile! My Dr is patient,polite and listens to all of my concerns. We have INS but we have also had to use their sliding scale fee in the past so TRUST me when I say if it wasn't for NGHCC there is no other place around where we could afford good healthcare!

What a wonderful facility! I made an apppintment for a UTI and was seen the same day I called. I was 20 min late due to a major back up on the interstate, and they still took me and were nothing but patient and gracious about my being so late. Since my appointment was at the end of the day, this meant everyone had To stay half an hour past closing time - but nobody seemed to mind. The receptionist was very helpful and worked with me on a sliding scale that I could afford. The nurses were extremely kind and warm, and the attending physician was exceptional.
