If I could give this place and every other vet clinic I come across not even a star I would but I have to give them atleast 1 star to write a review. First off there a 24 hour emergency clinic but can't even answer a question unless ur a client which is rediculous these vets make me sick when a animal is in need they should come first whether ur a client or not. They say they go to school to become a vet but for what if there not trying to help as many sick animals they can. I'm sorry but you shouldn't have to be a client to be seen maybe people would if they help there sick animals when in need

The front desk staff is just incredibly rude and inconsiderate. So unprofessional and just flat out lazy. I’ve been going though them for the past 2 years and within the last year or so I’ve gotten so much disrespect from these employees. Dr. Trent and roughly 2 other employees have been the only supportive, professional, and knowledgeable individuals from this facility. I recommend to save your money and breath.

This hospital was a new place for us. We are relatively newer to the area as well. The Drs who performed emergency surgery on my dog were amazing. Explanations were very forthcoming as well as action needed to be taken going forward. I cannot say enough nice things about the Vets we saw. Only major drawback are a couple of the receptionists. A little on the grouchy and miserable side. NOT all of them - just a few who either need a vacation or a new place to work.
