Unfortunately you are required to give one star. If you are looking into getting a loan choose any other means available. If you know a guy that will take your kneecaps if you don't pay up probably still a better option. Totaled vehicle, insurance company paid out within the quoted 10 day pay off window but delivery time of check and other little BS here and there they charged me the interest difference. Even knowing they were getting a full pay out refused to hold or waive any interest either.

Absolutely terrible establishment, staff are rude and unorganized. I have had to correct them everytime I have had to interact with them. They sent mail to the wrong address despite being given the correct address. They blame there faults on customers opposed to taken ownership. Insist on just overcharging opposed to actually helping there customers.

I have experienced the big banks’ greed in charging $3-$5 to cash a check, but was completely caught off guard by Air Academy CU demanding $10 to cash a check. This policy hurts people who don’t have a bank, small business owners who need to verify funds and of course doesn’t benefit the members whatsoever... I wonder if they even know about this policy, which is why I’m reviewing

Had a car loan with them. Valerie and Nancy are completely rude and unhelpful. They have made it so incredibly difficult and frustrating trying to “work” with them. They also will lie In the notes they add to your account and then hang up on you mid sentence.
The saving grace of this star is because Cory actually took his time and was a decent human being.

Had a car loan through this company for less than a yeah. Have had to call them every month so far because of the low quality of their app and other issues. The latest one was them throwing me on their own insurance program without telling me, almost doubling my car payment. Also I already had insurance and again no one informed me. Also there employees are very unknowledgable and rude ( I went in for an app issue and the guy helping me was convinced before even really talking to me that it was all just user error) and customer service
