To set up direct deposit, simply give your employer the routing number for the credit union, along with your 13 digit account number. The routing number is 307074690. I found myself in a tough area financially and felt embarrassed to ask for help but luckily I was put in contact with Jesus Rivera who not only took the time to understand my problems but took the extra time to make sure I was comfortable with every decision I had made to get this loan while being short staffed he made sure before the end of every business day to call and give me an update so I wasn’t left wondering i will definitely use Aventa and Jesus again for all my financial needs!

This review is for Aventa on the whole, rather than one branch - they are the literal worst Credit Union I've encountered. They're worse than big banks. You have to pay a $5 fee to pay them a payment on a loan. Staff is rude to deal with overall, I believe I've spoken with maybe one person who was not snippy and impolite. There were a bunch of issues at loan origination and they were completely unhelpful. Online banking is a difficult to navigate, antiquated disaster. Can't wait til the loan payoff on the car financed thru Aventa so we can close all accounts and never deal with them again!

Bad Credit Union that Likes to take advantage of people. Tricia needs to be removed she uses her title to her advantage. she is not empathetic with customers who are financially struggling her response "figure it out" as someone in position there are hired to help us succeed in our loans she seems to not care. ALL STAFF needs to be trained how how to default to notes on an account my Experience with Carmen she is nice. however cannot follow simple rules of reading email or notes thoroughly. the only one in the company that seems to be great at all aspects is Jami this Company needs a reality check

I have yet to receive a statement for my loan, ever. The only way I can know my exact balance is fastidious bookkeeping on my end. I am positive however financial institutions are required to issue statements at regular intervals. Which Aventa will not do... Even on the website, I can make payments directly from a bank account for a 5 dollar "convenience" charge but no balance available. Shame on these hacks.
