Walked in to have watch battery replaced and they did it within a few minutes for far less cost than expected. The watch was purchased on Amazon (Hugo Boss) for under $100 and was waterproof. A week later, after swimming with it on, it fogged, but kept working. Took it back - they looked at the seal, etc, saying it's intact and solid. They said it's not like a high quality watch, where the components are made to specific tolerances and designed to last. This is not an excuse, and I agree with their conclusion.

That’s by far is the best jeweler place, highly recommended by my friend. Kal helped me fixed my grandfather’s pocket watch and my father’s wrist watch. I remembered seeing this shop near the Thai restaurant I love, and I needed a couple of fingers to be sized for rings....with it being just a couple of days before Christmas I fully expected them to tell me they were too busy; but I was delighted that instead they took the time to help me despite holiday shoppers buzzing all around me, and when I tried to pay for the service they repeatedly declined, asking I just keep them in mind for my future needs. I most definitely will, for this level of grace and customer service is rare.

So glad I walked into this local shop. Friendly, reasonably priced and totally explained what was going to be done to resize my wedding band in a way that I didn't even know could be done. Owner ( a skilled watch maker too) was able to do the work while we waited, could not be happier. Lots of pretty items in the shop too. THANK YOU ! Go check it out, you won't be disappointed.

Quality, uniqueness, and prices of Jewelry here are excellent. While there can indeed be some waiting for repairs and modifications, the work is excellent when completed. I have been dealing with this Jeweler for many years. Although I have tried others out of convenience, I always return here as I trust the Jeweler, prices are competitive, and the work is exceptional.

This store is just a treat! The repairs are all done on site and I have never had a problem, never had to "re do" something that was repaired for me. As a watchmaker, the owner Kal is very knowledgable and I have brought in watches that NOBODY ELSE could fix.
As for the inventory, I have to say there is something for everyone in all price ranges. And you will see only quality pieces here. The jewelry is simply GORGEOUS, some are traditional in style and some are so unusual that it is hard to walk away without buying something! I highly recommend this store for everyone....the owners are
