So happy I decided to go to Venus Creations! I needed a gold chain and medal for a baptism at the end of the week and Rick along with the helpful staff were able to help pick out and order the gift before flying out of town! They were super nice and obviously cared about helping their customers. Such great service is rare to find. Definitely going back next time I need some bling!

I would definitely recommend Venus Creations Jewelers. Both Donna and Rick are friendly, attentive people. The reason I decided to give them my business because, about 6 months ago, I brought in my sons gold bracelet which had the clasp bent and would not close all the way, and even though I was not a regular customer they were glad to take care… of the clasp, they made a quick adjustment to the clasp and adjusted it very quickly. Even with business being down during and after the pandemic, they did not charge me, which I would have understood if they asked for an amount for the repair.

Very friendly knowledgeable and honest which is important. Have made several purchases and had my weeding ring repaired. Had it done where I originally purchased it twice lost the same stone. Venus evaluated the ring told me exactly what it needed done to reinforce the stone case, the price surprisingly low and is been 4 years, awesome job. 5 stars
