This company is absolutely remarkable. I needed to rent a water slide very last minutely the day of my son's birthday party. I contacted many companies and this is the only company that got back to me right away. I told them exactly what I wanted and my budget and they were able to accommodate me. They did not over charge or try to take advantage of the situation. The owner was is constant communication with me and made sure the water slide arrived before the start of the party. He even reached out after the party to ask if the kids enjoyed the slide.

I have used Rent a Jumper LLC I think 4 or 5 times now and I have never been disappointed. They are amazing from beginning to end. The responses are always fast and kind. Their prices are extremely competitive and the quality is great. I ordered a wet slide, for the first time, and the slide was damaged by another customer before it was supposed to be delivered to our function. Ricarda updated me and still delivered an amazing slide that entertained our family for hours. I will always recommend Rent a Jumper LLC and I will always use them. Thank you Ricarda!

I found Rent a jumper on google and needed a tent tables chairs and a bouncie house- they were 1 of 2 companies with the beautiful unicorn bouncie house! They remained in contact with me days leading up to my daughters 5th bday and they were on time with delivery and pick up!

I called this place the first time and the lady told me a set price, called the second time the lady gave me a price $60 more. I told her that I was quoted a cheaper price. She was real nasty and unprofessional and said to rent from somewhere else! Worst experience ever went to Bouncinghousesoforlando.com set up, delivery and taxes included for so much cheaper !

Worst customer service I've experienced in a looooong time. I call for tables. The woman on the phone rushes me off saying for me to just come done and put them in my car. Well I was getting bigger tables, but assumed she knew what she was talking about. Well I drive half an hour to immediately be told by her, those tables aren't going to fit. Even though I have a Lincoln navigator. So I'm not sure what kind of "cars" people are driving to be able to fit her tables. And on top of that, they do not deliver. And I can't express how completely unapologetic she was. She
